Arriving at Nagpur International Airport
On the aircraft
Once the seatbelt sign turns off, collect your overhead bags carefully and make a note of your flight's belt number before disembarking.
In the terminal
Follow the Baggage Claim signs from the aircraft exit. Do not head to the exit until all your checked bags have been collected from the belt.

Staff at the information desks in the arrivals hall are available to help with directions, queries, and general airport guidance.

Baggage Reclaim
Check the flight information screens for your assigned belt number. Free trolleys are available throughout the reclaim area.
Customs Clearance
International passengers must complete customs after collecting baggage. Use the Green Channel if you have nothing to declare, or the Red Channel for dutiable goods.
Odd-Sized Items
For oversized or irregularly shaped bags, approach your airline's staff within the reclaim hall for handling and collection guidance.
Lost & Found
For misplaced items within the terminal, contact the Lost & Found desk or email gniallost&found@gmrgroup.in.

Follow airport signage to exits, pick-up zones, and parking areas upon exiting the arrivals hall.
Taxi & App-Based Rides
A pre-paid taxi counter is in the arrivals hall. Ola, Uber, and Rapido pickup zones are 80 metres from the terminal exit.
Metro Connectivity
The Airport Metro station is under 1 km away, with an AC shuttle running every 30–60 minutes between the station and terminal.

Before leaving home, check your flight number, departure time and terminal information.
Travel Documents
Carry a valid photo ID and keep your boarding pass easily accessible. Domestic passengers can also register for DigiYatra for faster entry.
Packing Tips
Liquids must be in containers of 100 ml or less in a clear resealable bag. Power banks, lighters, and sharp items must not go in checked baggage.
Arrive on Time
Arrive at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international departures.

Boarding Your Flight

Once through security, check the departure screens for your gate number and follow terminal signage to the boarding area with time to spare.
