Oversized Items
A designated area within the reclaim hall is earmarked for oversized and out-of-gauge baggage. Passengers should approach their airline or ground handling agent for assistance with collection.
Odd-Sized Items (OOG)
Passengers arriving with oversized or irregularly shaped items should follow the guidance of terminal staff within the reclaim hall.
Handling
Items that cannot travel on standard reclaim belts are processed separately and directed to a designated collection area.

Lost Baggage
For personal items misplaced anywhere within the terminal, the Lost & Found service is currently operated from the airport's Terminal Management office.
How to Claim
Visit the office with your boarding pass, a valid government-issued photo ID, and an authority letter signed by the owner of the item.
Retention Policy
Found items are held for up to 3 months before being auctioned.
Trolley Availability
Baggage trolleys are provided free of charge throughout the arrivals and reclaim areas.
Where to Find Them
Trolleys are available at marked stack points within the reclaim hall and near the arrivals exit.
Return Points
Trolley bays are signposted throughout the arrivals level for easy return after use.
