Arrival & Timings

Plan your journey to the airport with enough time to check in, clear security, and board at ease.

Domestic passengers can use Digi Yatra for faster, contactless terminal access through the dedicated e-gate at the entry point. Registration is free via the Digi Yatra app on Android or iOS.

Domestic Flights

Please arrive at the terminal at least 2–3 hours before scheduled departure.

International Flights

Please arrive at least 3–4 hours before your scheduled departure time.

Airline Timings

Individual airlines may have specific reporting deadlines. Check with your carrier before you travel.

Counter Closure

Check-in counters close 1 hour before scheduled departure time.

Self-check-in kiosks are available in the check-in hall for faster, independent processing.

Capacity

5 self-service check-in kiosks are available for domestic passengers.

Function

Select your seat and collect your boarding pass before heading to the bag drop counter.

Passengers who have completed web check-in and hold a pre-printed baggage tag can proceed to the dedicated bag drop counters.

Capacity

Four Self-Baggage Drop (SBD) units will be available to passengers under the planned terminal refurbishment.

Process

Place your tagged bag on the counter for scanning and acceptance. No need to queue at a full check-in counter.

Location

Bag drop counters are clearly marked within the check-in hall. Check information displays for your airline's designated area.

For passengers who prefer full-service check-in, staffed counters are available across the departures hall.

21 staffed check-in counters are in operation.

At the Counter

Staff will check your travel documents, allocate a seat, tag your baggage, and issue a boarding pass.

All departing passengers pass through dedicated security screening areas before proceeding to the gate.

Domestic

4 security-check lanes are currently in operation.

International

2 security-check lanes are currently in operation.

At the Lane

Remove all electronics including laptops, cameras, and tablets from bags and protective cases and place them in separate trays for screening.
