Follow Baggage Claim signs from the aircraft exit. Do not follow Exit signs until all checked bags have been collected.

Customs Clearance
International passengers must pass through customs after baggage collection. Use the Green Channel if you have nothing to declare, or the Red Channel for declarable goods.

Follow airport signage to exits, pick-up zones, and parking areas upon exiting the arrivals hall.
Taxi & App-Based Rides
A pre-paid taxi counter is in the arrivals hall. Ola, Uber, and Rapido pickup zones are 80 metres from the terminal exit. Avoid accepting rides from individuals outside the airport.
Metro Connectivity
The Airport Metro station is under 1 km away, with an AC shuttle running every 30–60 minutes between the station and terminal.

Make sure every family member's ID, tickets, and required documents are packed and easy to access before you reach the airport.
Pack smart for kids
Pack snacks, medicines, and a change of clothes where you can reach them easily. Baby food and prescription medicines are not subject to the standard 100 ml liquid restriction.

How to Get Here
Reach the airport by taxi, app-based cab, or metro with an AC shuttle connecting the station to the terminal every 30–60 minutes.
Drop-off & Parking
Drop-off lanes in front of the terminal allow a 5-minute free stay. General parking is available for longer waits.
Entering the terminal
Keep ID and boarding passes ready at the terminal entrance. Domestic passengers can use the Digi Yatra e-gate for faster entry.

Boarding Your Flight
Find Your Gate
Check your boarding passes for gate numbers and follow airport signage to the boarding area. Note that boarding gates close 20 minutes before departure.
Boarding with Family
Keep the group together during boarding and allow a little extra time. If you need assistance at the gate, inform airline staff and they will help.
